Innovations

The solutions presented below make up the 100 innovations that RESIST has commited to test, validate and implement across the 12 different EU regions it is working with. Solutions have been identified according to their ability to adapt to context-specific climate related challenges and to mitigate the negative impact that these are either already having or are expected to have in the selected regions. They have all been designed in such a way that they are aligned to sustainability principals and that in the process of addressing a specific climate-related need they don’t aggravate or generate other undesired socio-environmental challenges. Before being implemented however, solutions will undergo a rigorous testing and validation phase so that in the long-run they lead to the greatest impact possible.
